Video: Little Kids in the Kitchen: Mug Omelet

Little chefs can follow along with Miss Andi and make a mug omelet of their own to enjoy with help from an adult caregiver.

Supplies:

– Large, microwave mug (Andi used a glass measuring cup)
– Small whisk or fork
– A knife (with help from a caregiver)
– Cutting board
– Spray oil
– Two large eggs
– Tablespoon of any type of shredded cheese
– Optional tablespoon of up to two more mix-ins (peppers, ham, tomatoes, bacon, onions, sausage, mushrooms, etc.)
