Storytime & Early Literacy

Early Literacy Play Spot

We now have a puppet theater in the Children’s Area to encourage creative play, which is a building block of early literacy. We will rotate the puppets available to use periodically. Enjoy!

• 2 computers with interactive preschool learning games
• Light table and LEGO building table with toys
• Fun, skill-building interactive wall panels for preschoolers. We have two additional panels that we will swap out periodically. These panels were purchased by the Friends of the Cary Area Library.
• Puppet theater and assorted puppets for creative play, a building block of early literacy.
