TumbleBook Library

Access a collection of over 1000 titles for kids on TumbleBook Library. TumbleBooks includes animated talking picture books, chapter books, videos, non-fiction titles, playlists, books in languages other than English such as French and Spanish, graphic novels and math stories. The chapter books collection allows users to change the font size and style, line spacing, and text and background colors.

Kids eBooks & More

Kids can browse, sample, place holds, and borrow ebooks and other media appropriate for their age range and reading level. Find materials especially for kids on Digital Library of Illinois (via the Libby app), the Palace Project, and hoopla.

Fiero Code

Have you ever wanted to build your own website, video game, app, or animation? Then you’ll need to learn computer programming skills! Fiero Code is a learn-to-code software program designed for students just like you. Through funFiero Code logo. and exciting activities, you can learn coding languages such as:

  • Scratch
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • SQL

With every Fiero Code workout and mission you complete, you’ll unlock gear that you can use to customize your own avatar. You can also display your work in a custom portfolio and share your favorite projects with parents, teachers and friends. You can also register to compete in up to three Fiero Code Challenges each year and submit your projects for a chance to win prizes.
