Spring Break activities

If you’ll be staycationing for Spring Break this year, the Library can help you keep busy. Try one (or all!) of these ideas:

  1. Create a Peeps diorama and enter our 9th annual contest (submissions due between March 29-31)
  2. Explore all the McHenry County libraries through the Library Lovers Expedition (ends March 31)
  3. Plan a trip to a local museum or cultural institution and receive varying discounts through our Museum Pass services (for CAPL cardholders)
  4. Plant seeds! Stop in and pick out some seeds from our Seed Library (for CAPL cardholders) and get gardening
