TOOLS
– Plastic container or bag
– Sharp knife
– Peeler (optional)
– Measuring spoons
– Nonstick pan
– Wooden or plastic spoon
INGREDIENTS
– Two medium to large crunchy apples (Fuji, Gala or Honeycrisp work well)
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 1Tbs cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp clove
– 2 Tbs of water
– 1 Tbs of unsalted butter
